Get everyone on the same page.

What do we want? Respect, fun, professionalism, good work. Every creative process wants something a little different, but not every group knows how to get it. This workshop takes you through a series of models for creating and maintaining community agreements, both formally and informally, by utlizing a collaborative, consent-based method.

Community agreements help the rooms you work in consistently improve their culture and offer systems for accountability when (not if) something goes wrong.

Community agreements are as much about the process as they are about the product of a functioning set of agreements. While not explicitly within the scope of all intimacy professionals, tools for developing community agreements can be extremely valuable for determining the needs and values of a production process.

What you'll get:

  • Three hours of live instruction
  • A recording of the session to review or watch later
  • One year of access to the Open Intimacy Community Forum

Participants are expected to have a working knowledge of consent and boundaries tools before attending the workshop.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
